It's over! Nigeria has beaten Mali in the semi-finals of the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) 4-1. . . Yay!!!
The match saw goals from Elderson Echiejile in the 25th minute, Brown Ideye in the 30th minute, Mohammed Sissoko with an own goal in the 44th minute (free kick played by Emmanue Emenike), Ahmed Musa in the 63th minute, and a consolation goal from Cheick Diarra.
This win takes them to the final, which will be played on Sunday between the Super Eagles of Nigeria, and the winner of the Ghana vs Bourkina Faso match.
