About time we jailed some foreigners too. No one can say that foreigners don't commit crimes here in Nigeria, in fact, Nigeria is the easiest place to commit a crime and get away with it. . . because you're a foreigner.
Kinda why they troop into the country in their thousands. From financial crimes like tax evasion to criminal offences, these foreigners act like they own the nation.
And it's 'cos there's no accountability for people's actions: no justice. I can regale you with crimes of rape perpetrated on Nigerian girls by externals, but that's story for another time.
For now, I'm just happy they're having a taste of what our penal system feel like.
