Beckham Signs For PSG

            

Iconic football star, David Beckham looks to be on his way to signing with the French Ligue 1 football club, Paris St. Germain.



Becks posted a picture of himself on a plane on facebook. He wrote: "On way to Paris, excited. I will update you all later." According to the website of Le Parisien, a private jet arrived in the French capital this morning carrying "Le Spice Boy".

The ex-Manchester United star was seen leaving a Paris hospital where he had been undergoing a medical before his signing is likely to be announced at a news conference scheduled for 4pm.

Beckham had left the US club, L.A. Galaxy in December after spending six seasons with them, spanning six years. Now that he's a free agent, he'll be signed on a free transfer.

Following his exit from L.A. Galaxy, rumours had linked him with various clubs, but with recent developments, it appears he will finally pitch his tent with the French club.
