Devon Epps a native of California, brutally murdered his girlfriend, stashed her body in the bathroom, and lived with it for months before he was found out.
His dastardly act was discovered only when he was kicked out of the apartment and the landlord discovered the decomposing body of Veronica Jones, a 35 year old mother of ten.
According to the authorities, she was bludgeoned in the head with a metal table pedestal, assaulted with a foreign object, and stabbed 32 times. Her body was stashed in the bathtub.
Management at his building said Epps suffered from mental problems and he was kicked out for incidents relating to his illness.
The police have taken hard knocks for ignoring a missing person's report filed at the end of June 2011. After the report had been filed, they didn't go to the apartment for another month, and even when they did, they didn't go into the house.
How sick do you have to get to live with the decomposing body of someone you killed in a brutal manner.
There are a lot of sick weirdos out there, and there isn't enough love to save the whole lot of us.
