Lindsay Lohan just can't seem to keep her nose clean. Recent news developing says she has been arrested for assault and could be formally charged for the crime.
TMZ reports that she was arrested at Club Avenue after she got into an argument with a woman, and ended up punching her in the left side of her face. They had been sitting in separate booths near each other and had exchanged words, during which Lindsay said something to the effect of, "Give me my space" Some time passed and then, for some inexplicable reason, Lindsay punched the woman.
Police intercepted her car just as she was leaving the club. The arrest was then made.
Don't mean to be judgemental but. . . What is it with her? She's one woman who's not overtly concerned aout making things easy for her life.
